Introduction

Add a booking system to your website without any third-party tools. Visitors see available time slots, pick a date and time, and confirm their reservation — all within your Answe widget. The system prevents double-bookings automatically.

How It Works

Setting Up Reservations

1. Create a question with a booking action
2. Configure your availability:
   • Business hours (opening and closing times)
   • Time slot intervals (15, 30, or 60 minutes)
   • Buffer time between reservations
3. Add rooms or resources if applicable

The Booking Experience

1. Select a date — Calendar shows available dates
2. Choose a time — Available time slots displayed for the selected date
3. Pick a room/resource — If multiple rooms are configured
4. Fill in details — Name, contact info, notes
5. Confirm — Booking confirmed with a summary

Automatic Conflict Prevention

• The system checks for overlapping reservations in real-time
• Buffer time between bookings prevents back-to-back scheduling
• Rooms/resources are only shown when available

Managing Reservations

View and manage all bookings from your dashboard:

• See upcoming and past reservations
